Dr. Agustín Seratti has been an associate professorship of “Corporation and Commercial Law of Intitutions” in Facultad de Derecho y Ciencias Políticas de la Pontificia Universidad CatólicaArgentina Santa María de lo Buenos Aires – 2005 / present Dr. Agustín Seratti wrote several articles related to corporation and commercial themes in general.

Dr. Agustín Seratti has a wide career related to corporate and contractual advice and has actively participated in restructuring companies, mergers, acquisitions, and assisting company bodies integrating board of directors of local companies representing foreign companies. Moreover, he has a vast experience in company disputes, transfer of block of shares, and business ssets transfers. He has leaded acquisition operations of residual participation of public offer. He as structured several urban ventures within the frame of legal view and several real estate evelopments providing legal advice in guarantee and lease agreements matters related to such works. With regard to this last issue, Dr.Agustín Seratti has legally advised the drawing up and carrying out of lease agreements within the frame of the public area. Likewise, Dr. Agustín Seratti has an important experience in lawsuit matters, and is in charge of complex litigious in national and international spheres. Furthermore, he has actively participated in the recovery of huge loans in bankrupt processes, in plan of arrangements offered by the debtors to their creditors, and in bankruptcies all in all.
